Dating site for cancer survivors

I am new to this website, but actually got on looking for other young survivors and some male survivors to possibly start dating again. I can relate, I had dated a woman for 9 mos, and she was great about it at the start and most of that time.

My female patients report that the men they meet don’t look much like their profile photos—hair loss and 20 pounds of extra weight are often the reality of meeting in person. My patients ask me what they should do next—and having never registered a profile myself, I am not able to provide much more than common sense suggestions. The idea for the website comes from Brashier's own personal frustrations. The 50-year-old hairstylist, who lives in Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif., underwent chemotherapy and radiation treatments after being diagnosed with stage 4 cervical cancer when she was 37.The radiation left scar tissue inside her vagina that makes it impossible for her to have sex without feeling pain, the reported.Since then, Brashier said she had trouble dating men because she didn't want to broach the subject of sex -- and her inability to have it.For survivors of cancer and other diseases, sex can be a difficult and painful thing.
